What do you mean, General Purpose?
You can use this bit on both concrete and asphalt. You won’t get as many concrete cores as you would if using a Concrete Only Core Bit. But, if someone just grabs it off the shelf and starts coring Asphalt or Concrete, it will perform and not ruin the bit.
