What is the Adam Cruiser CKT Checkweighing Bench Scale?

Adam Equipment’s Cruiser CKT is a tough, dependable bench scale for industrial weighing applications. It’s particularly useful for the materials testing industry because it is available with a weigh-below hook – and it fits perfectly on most gravity frames. Additionally, the Cruiser’s checkweighing mode makes repetitive weighing quick and easy, allowing you to see instantly if an item is above or below the required weight. An audible alarm and colour-changing backlight assist with checkweighing, and a 5-year warranty means you can trust the CKT to provide accurate results for many years.

How does checkweighing work?

Checkweighing scales allow you to set high and low weight limits, with the scale alerting you when an item is outside of these parameters. For example, if you are weighing multiple boxes every day as part of a regular process, and every box should be 5kg in weight, the CKT can be set with a low limit of 4.9kg, and a high limit of 5.1kg. Every time a box is weighed that is outside of these limits, the alarm will sound and the display will change color (red – above the limit, and yellow – below the limit). If a box is within the weight limits, no alarm will sound and the display will glow green.
