Slump Plate
- Why does your Slump Plate not have “hold-downs” for the slump cone and a handle?
It is our experience that this feature of the “Classical” Slump Plate gets easily concreted up and not functional after a few uses. We feel that “why pay for such a feature that is not practical or you cannot use after a short while”. Just stand on the cone tabs, perform the test, turn your cone upside down and measure down to get the slump. A handle is not needed since the upturned end of our plate has a “hand hold” that never gets clogged with concrete.
